We want to try something new…
Ease your way into the working week with a morning mindfulness session at 2030hub.
We’ll meditate together, share a cup of tea, then learn and practice one or two mindfulness techniques put forth by a leading figure in the field. For this first session we’ll begin with practices by the father of modern mindfulness, Jon Kabat-Zinn.
This will be a gentle introduction to mindfulness, designed to help us begin the new week with intention, clarity and self compassion.
